| 本機床為輥式金屬板料整平專用設備，通常由動力、主機和電器控制等部分組成。利用多輥工作原理，使板 料在上、下校平輥之間反復變形，消除應力，達到校平的目的。在上、下排工作輥外側，設剛性支撐輥（輪），構 成四重式組輥結構。板料通過本機校平，可明顯改善其平整狀態(tài)，提高工件的質量。可獨立工作，用于單塊板材的 校平；亦可在本機前配置開卷、引料，后面配置剪切、垛料及聯(lián)機機構等，通過控制系統(tǒng)連成性能完備的生產(chǎn)線， 對金屬卷材進行整平、分切。 | |

This machine is for levelling roller type metal plate, consist of power, main machine and electrical control system etc.
By the principle of several rollers working, the plate repeated deformation in the middle of upper and lower rollers, eliminate stress. In the outer side of upper and lower rollers, there is another row of support rollers, which can makes up 4-high group rollers. After leveling by this machine, the plate is much flusher with good quality. It can work independently to level single plates, or can install with uncoiler and traction device in the beginning of this machine, and install with cutting, stacking and linkage mechanism. | |
